Returns and refunds

Before shipment: Full refunds are available any time before your pedal ships. Email kgscheuer@gmail.com with your order number to cancel.

After shipment: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. The pedal must be in original condition with no signs of damage or modification. Buyer pays return shipping. Refund issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned pedal.

Warranty: 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, incorrect power supply, or normal cosmetic wear. Contact kgscheuer@gmail.com for warranty claims.

Defective on arrival: If your pedal arrives damaged or non-functional, email kgscheuer@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund at our cost.
