Terms and conditions

By placing an order with Ligma Electronics, you agree to the following:

1. Preorders. Most products are hand-built to order. Estimated ship windows are estimates, not guarantees. We will notify you of significant delays.
2. Pricing and payment. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is collected in full at checkout.
3. Cancellation by buyer. You may cancel any order for a full refund any time before shipment by emailing kgscheuer@gmail.com.
4. Cancellation by seller. Ligma Electronics reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any order if production cannot be completed for any reason, including but not limited to component shortages or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping. We ship to Canada and the USA. International buyers should contact us directly. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the carrier accepts the package.
6. Warranty and returns. See the Returns and Refunds policy.
7. Use of products. Our pedals are intended for use with standard 9V DC center-negative power supplies. Damage from incorrect power, modification, or misuse voids the warranty.
8. Limitation of liability. Ligma Electronics' total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
